Let me just preface this entire entry with, THIS IS WHAT HAS WORKED FOR ME AND IT MAY OR MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU. It's like Alcoholics Anonymous (and life in general), just take what you like and leave the rest. Take what resonates with you, what you connect with and leave the rest behind.
